Test version

After the release of the process version has been started with the standard release workflow, the object is passed to a tester and the release status is set to Version test pending:

In this state the object cannot be edited. The test can be made in the WebModeller and in the Portal. A examiner can accept or reject the version.

Note: If multiple examiners are assigned individually or as a group, only a single user needs to complete the release task. The user who performs the task first does it on behalf of all other examiners.

Note: Users who are allowed to check a version are also always allowed to see the working draft of the process.

Aeneis informs the examiners and other users that the object still needs to be tested in the following areas:

Area Description
Notifications The examiners receive a notification that the creator of the release workflow has assigned them a release task.

Note: If a examiner belongs to a user group or role assigned for version test, the task appears as a group task. If he/she was personally assigned as an employee, the task is a Personal task. For more information, see My Tasks.
